Pasadena Church Donates to ReGreen Altadena
AltadenaWILD is gratified to receive a $10,000 contribution from Trinity Presbyterian Church in Pasadena to support our ReGreen Altadena initiative.
The Trinity donation will help AW and partners offer more trees for existing and rebuilding homeowners as Altadena strives to recover from the Eaton Fire.
ReGreen Altadena aims to distribute 1000 trees in Altadena this coming fall/winter.
For nearly eight decades, Trinity Presbyterian has been an important member of the East Pasadena community near Hastings Ranch. Among its many community programs, the church hosts the Community Assistance Program for Seniors (CAPS), a daycare center for seniors with Alzheimer’s disease and other related memory impairment disorders.
President Michael Bicay and Board Director Jessica Yarger accepted the donation from Martha Campbell and Lyn Beecher of Trinity Presbyterian Church, on the property of Kathy and Kevin Young who received trees at the AltadenaWILD TreeFest in 2025.
